A Loving Path of Inner Radiance Awakening Consciousness and Energy

Here, a gentle current flows from the wellspring of ancient wisdom, a path where the heart of Trika Tantra beats in harmony with your own.

“You and the Divine are not separate.”

At the heart of this teaching is a simple truth: you are not separate from the divine. This
isn’t a belief, but a realization that unifies three elements—Shiva, the divine
consciousness; Shakti, the creative power; and you, the individual. This deep union is
unveiled through simple, yet powerful practices of heart, knowledge, and action.

What is Trika Tantra?

Trika is an early name for Kashmir Shaivism, a profound Tantric tradition of India. Trika means “threefold”—referring to the unity of Shiva (consciousness), Shakti (energy), and Jiva (individual). Though not separate, these appear as different, giving rise to our experience of life.

Trika arose from a blend of direct realization paths that flourished in Kashmir. Its core is to recognize the play of separation and reunion, and to rest in the eternal unity of Shiva and Shakti even amid ordinary worldly experience. The heart of Tantrik practice is to realize this unity and live from that awareness.

Rooted in revered texts and teachings such as the Shiva Sutras, Spanda Kārikā, and the tradition of Pratyabhijñā, Trika guides practitioners to recognize their true nature through Ichchā (will), Jñāna (knowledge), and Kriyā (practice).

Approach: the Trika triad

Iccha

Devotion that softens, opens, and refines the heart’s intelligence.

Gyana

Scripture-rooted insight from the Tantras, bringing luminous understanding.

Kriya

Yogic meditation means to stabilize and integrate direct recognition.

Each step honors stillness, energy, and embodiment as sacred expressions of one reality. Tantra works with subtle energies, helping dissolve limited identity and awaken divine bliss and wisdom through transformative practice. The depth of tradition in Trika Tantra lies in its comprehensive synthesis of ritual, yoga, devotion, philosophy, aesthetics, and direct mystical experience, all grounded in a nondual Śaiva vision that affirms life and embodiment as divine.

Pathways of Spiritual Mastery

Beginner – Foundations of Practice

These courses introduce the essential foundations of meditation, mantra, and daily spiritual discipline. Students learn simple yet powerful practices that help cultivate inner stillness, clarity of mind, and consistency in sadhana. The focus at this stage is to establish a stable personal practice while gradually becoming familiar with the principles of awareness taught in the yogic and tantric traditions.

Intermediate – Tantra, Philosophy & Deeper Practice

At the intermediate level, students begin exploring the philosophical and practical teachings of Tantra, Yoga, and Kashmir Shaivism more deeply. Through the study of classical texts and meditation practices, participants develop a clearer understanding of consciousness, awareness, and the dynamics of inner transformation.

This stage also introduces the science of Kundalini, exploring the subtle body, prana, and the movement of spiritual energy within the human system. The emphasis remains on balanced practice, insight, and the gradual integration of meditation, philosophy, and energetic awareness.

Advanced – Teacher Training & Transmission

The advanced pathway is designed for committed practitioners who wish to deepen their immersion in the wisdom of Kashmir Shaivism and eventually guide others on the path. Through a structured, multi-year teacher-training journey, students engage with the profound philosophical insights of the Trika tradition, including the recognition of consciousness, the dynamics of Shakti, and the contemplative teachings of classical scriptures.

Alongside deeper meditation and self-inquiry, this stage explores the responsibility of transmission, the art of guiding students, and the integration of these teachings into modern life. The focus is both on personal realization and on cultivating the clarity, maturity, and integrity required to share this living tradition with others.
